Sterile swabs with clear Amies agar gel medium. Amies transport medium enables the survival of many microorganisms, such as Shigella flexneri, Neisseria, Trichomonas vaginalis, enterobacteria, Haemophilus, Corynebacterium, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Salmonella typhi, Brucella abortus.
